We challenged Cool FM presenter, Melissa Riddell, to take part in Sugar Swap Week which involved swapping out sugary snacks and foods for healthier alternatives. We provided her with a low Sugar Meal Planner created by 121 Dietitian, Gillian Killiner, with lots of fun recipes to follow from our website.
